To be clear, this isn't even Sriracha..it's the Chilli Garlic Sauce and it goes well with fish sauce. If you know, you know.

They could not meet the demand because their source won't or can't expand to grow more so they tried find other sources of pepper and got sued because originally to convince the farm to grow that hot pepper they agree to only get the pepper from that farm.

Is there any brand that isn't loaded with pepper seeds but is still spicy? I cracked a filling on a seed and would prefer to not do that again. It's surprisingly difficult to find good chili oil in Japan despite being so close to China. Locals cannot tolerate spicy stuff.

you can ferment your own and push thru a food mill. itll smoke this store brand crap out of the water. grow your own and it will be unbeatable.
