Also, I believe they can be added to an account.
Can the cards be added to a Papa John's account like Apple and Starbucks, or do you need to keep track of the codes?
no. you cannot. i have lost alot of money on these. either they are empty for no reasons or forgotten. cant save into the account

What you can do is put the GCs in a Notepad file on your laptop or phone so its easy to copy/paste from there -- keep track of what you use on there if you want to (otherwise just keep using one GC until its empty then delete it from the Notepad file)
I have an iPhone and a MacBook so I use Apple Notes which keeps the data synced on both devices and I can just copy/paste the GC codes -- I have one note for Papa Johns GCs and another note for Dominos GCs
