well. I got my s24 ultra 1tb for roughly $800 with edu last year on release, I wonder if this it's even a good deal

The S25 Ultra was $850 with Edu discount a couple of times this year but I don't think we'll see that again until the holidays. So I don't think this deal is that good unless you have to have a phone now.

stay away from the 22 ultra. I own one right now and the freaking modem is cooked (no warranty).

We have 2 s22 ultra that we owned for 3 years, we haven't have any problems. Still i wouldn't recommend one for $580 when the s24 ultra is $700

spending $1k on a fold 5 in 2025 is insane. all these prices are meh, my rule of thumb for a good phone deal is close to the price of the used market for the same phone. that is what it will be worth the moment you open the box. these are all considerably over the used price. closest to competitive is the s24.
