Is there a typo in the promo code possibly? Or are we certain this isn't a single-use code?

The code did not work for me. Product page shows a 15% off code which is not worth it. I have the smaller 45W version which was around $12.

Have this Classic 20,000mah version and it charges all my Samsung Galaxy laptops just fine, which requires 60 watts.
Just ordered a second one, since the price is good and is a reliable charger.
Maybe check if your USB-C cable supports 60 watts?
