If by "toxic" you mean it'll take the express lane through your digestive tract and clear everything out I guess you are right.

If you really want to go "breaking bad" some of the hexane isomers can be pretty nasty with prolonged direct exposure but you should probably be more concerned about its use in the soy that is stuffed into pretty much everything in your pantry instead of this.
