This is a great price for these panels from this manufacturer. However if your goal is to get the most wattage per dollar spent you want to order from a solar shop where you can buy 300-500 watt panels for $55-65 each. Keep in mind you either have to pickup locally or buy enough for freight shipping to make sense.

These panels perform at well below the rated capacity. I've got 6 that came with a 2-axis tracker back in November. I installed enphase microinverters and have never gotten more than about 150W per panel peak. Taking into account the inverter efficiency, that's still well below 195W peak (over 9 months !). Looking at a couple of the panels, I can see defects in the cells such as pieces that are disconnected from the rest of the cells. There are only a 2-4 of these defects, but they have to reduce the output. Emailing EcoWorthy twice got no reply.

Very likely used panels. I see them on facebook marketplace occasionally.

I've seen a few similar deals, especially last year and at the start of this year. Right now they've kinda disappeared but may come back with the recent tariff ruling.

I regularly see panels in the 380-450w range on fb marketplace for prices between 100 and 150 each. These are generally "unbranded" panels sold to a distributor who is expected to whitelabel them, or leftovers from projects where it was cheaper to buy a pallet and sell the leftovers than to pay retail pricing. I imaging you'll have better luck in sunny states. just make sure you're doing the math on volts/amps to go with your other equipment!
