The $15 off covers the built-in shipping cost. The 2-dozen pack is $27.99/ea at my local Costco, so this deal saves $0.50. Not so slick for me 🤷🏾 ♂️

There is a new "3.5" version that was released this summer. Supposed to be much improved over the regular version 3.0. I believe packaging is the same but the arrow printed on the ball is hollow on the 3.5 vs solid on the 3.0.

Only caveat would be if you want the yellow balls, which I've never seen at a Costco location. Pretty sure those are delivery only and typically run an extra 7 bucks a box.
It looked like they recently started to stock the yellow in store. (27.99 in my local store yesterday)
Previously I agree. I have never seen the yellow in store.

How soft are these .. can I get the ball to check a bit around the greens 🤌
The problem with these is they spin too much. If you have issues hitting it straight and far, these will make things off the tee much worse. I know this because I used to play them plus I have an optical launch monitor golf sim. Both a curse and a blessing to know your data at all times .

There it goes, clearance on old balls.
it's not even clearance really as the discount just covers the Costco. com shipping. Costco online orders are always more expensive than going in the store because they hide a shipping fee

You played the new version of the 3.0? The so called "3.5" is a much different ball than the super spinny 2.0 and 3.0. Also keep in mind that "spin too much" is a statement that's relative to the player. The newer version is pretty close on spin to a prov1.

They are sold in store. I visited my brother in Ft. Myers, and they had as many yellows as whites. Bought some and took them with me.

I never see the yellows in Texas.

I just played this ball after reading reviews from website saying the quality had improved and the ball was less spinny. I used the same ball all 18 (until I lost it off the tee). over that round, it held greens well, got good distance and only had one noticeable scuff about half the size of a pea.

I normally play srixon z-star, and I think this new Kirkland held up as well or better than that. It absolutely plays for the price.

these are really good for this price and the cover has good grip off wedges but don't take my word for it.

Curious: What's your player profile? Swing speed, hit it well (high smash) or average strike player? Prefer low/mid/high launch? Just trying to qualify the statement.

I played Kirkland v1s for years and switched around balls lately. Went from a prov1 to a Q star tour and haven't been happier off the tee. Wondering if this 3.5 would fare as well.
