got this deal last time it was around. my wife has the laptop and it works well. she likes the touch screen and the keyboard. slightly heavier than she would like, but it is mostly stationary in our use case. I recommend it. People criticized the 8gb ram, but this machine runs smooth nonetheless.

Sorry if its a stupid question. It says RAM is soldered. So they put 2 x 4 GB soldered RAMs? Or they got one slot with an 8 GB soldered RAM and the other slot if available for expansion?

Up to... so if you search the models, they have the 16gb model.. so i believe it is soldered 8GB or 16GB models.. not an expansion slot...
