So, if you don't have to have an RTX 5070, this deal is the better value. If you feel like you may want the RTX 5070 if not now but soon, you might as well bite the bullet and go for the other deal (to avoid buyer's remorse and save yourself the hassle of upgrading later).
Get the 5070 if you can pay the $300 difference. You will get more milage for the money. 5070 will push the need to upgrade further down the road.
