Xbox is fairly to get a refund. Just try the game for 10-20 minutes. If it's not your thing, just ask for a refund.

true, but with one caveat. the moment you unlock an achievement, the refund option is off the table. MS policy is no refund for played gamed. you can get away getting refund as long as you don't unlock any achievement.
