Seems to be a really good deal for a hybrid work/play monitor; massive dual wide resolution for coding/spreadsheets, 200hz refresh, and no need to worry about burn in or whatever.

Mine should arrive Tuesday. Currently giving the MSI 49" OLED ($679 Sam's Club deal) a test drive. I'm an OLED fan. I've got safety measures in play to minimize the risk of burn-in. Whichever one I prefer, I'll keep. The other gets returned.

I'm not a PC gamer. Mostly just website work / FTP / email / video editing.

Yeah I use an Alienware AW3423DW as daily driver for work and play. Got it as a refurb 3 years ago and it still works perfectly so I don't have an excuse to upgrade haha. I'm seriously tempted by all the bigger format UW thou, especially ones with PiP, would love to work on one side and plug in my Steamdeck or something on the other side.

Got a vote for "not a good price"? This beat the triple C's lowest price ever on Amazon by $60 and 3rd party new by $15. LG has it for $599 and they claim an MSRP of $769. Am I missing something? Honest question. If this isn't a "good price", then I'll just return mine when it comes and keep my MSI 49" OLED.

I can't replicate and have a free account...do you need a special account or something like Samsung's EPP/EDU deals?

"LABORDAY is not a valid promo code"

EDIT: Oh I see, only for employess etc...in that case I will hold off since this is often on sale for $600 (When the slashed price goes back to normal, wait a few days and it'll be on sale again lol...been eyeing this monitor among others).

I was shocked that my work e-mail address worked when signing up for a Partner Store account as I work for a SMEDIUM-ish sized business. But yep, select workplaces, military, healthcare workers, teachers, etc.

TBH, I might not even open it and just return it. Based on the TU ratings here (or just a tough crowd?), I'm leaning towards keeping the MSI sight unseen on the LG.

FWIW, here are some shots of the MSI in my setup.
