My thumb rule is also less than $10 per kg.

I recently purchased 10 kg from AliExpress for $6.5 per kg including taxes and shipping and accounting for the cb from a purple site! It was a PLA filament, though.

May be a great deal but in case anyone isn't aware, SUNLU is an absolute trash company with god-awful support so you better hope you don't have any issues with them. Purchased one of their filament driers and they refused to honor the warranty, instead telling me to send it back to Amazon when it's literally a fire hazard and defective, matching another Amazon reviewer's experience (search "overheating" under SUNLU S2 reviews).
Just Google "SUNLU customer service" before you give them any money.
