Use to love eufy until consistent issues with the homebase. When you buy numerous products and have to continue purchasing homebase units just to keep things operational, it makes the products worthless. Never again.

Thanks for letting us know. Would you elaborate a little more? Do you mean each of this lock or other eufy security product need a new home base? Or each home base can only operate a limited amount of security product?
I have the wyze lock. It works ok for the first 6 months, but it starts acting up after that. Sometimes, the lock won't auto close. Or the keypad won't recognize the set key code 😞
