If they're selling them, and shipping them, then they should be ensuring delivery of the item as advertised. If they can't do that, then don't sell and ship it.

You mean a $2.5 trillion company should be able to implement JIT and logistical excellence to be able to deliver un-melted M&Ms?!?

Just a warning: last time I ordered these, they were very melted. Still ate them, but they come smashed and melted usually.

Same. But I put the melted, smashed pieces in the freezer and it was so good. I actually prefer it now.

You mean buying chocolate in the summer via the mail has consequences?

Same. Wonder if it's regional or if OP has Fresh? Shipping for this alone is $9.

Na, buying it in the winter you will still get them melted except frozen again lol.

A melted shaped frozen bag of crushed M&ms.. Lol it'll still taste kinda normal but still, visual is a 1/10 rating

That can't possibly be true! They melt in your mouth, not in your hand!

A bit bemused by the sole downvote on my comment. It's the basic premise of ANY sale: consumer should get what they purchased, not a melted product. I've had some vendors send me chocolate in a package with an icepack. That was awesome. I've also had some vendors cancel my order (like an Amazon S&S order I'd placed months before summer), saying they don't ship that item in the summer. That was fine and understandable too. But if they're shipping with no real effort to make sure the product reaches customers in decent condition, they can expect refund requests and taking a loss on those deliveries.
