My understanding is that it's more about spreading it out to 2-3 meals at a minimum. I saw there was a study that the body was able to use 100g of protein after a workout with most of it going to build muscle. You should be able to drink 45g no problem as long as your protein intake for the day is spread out through a few meals

Good find!

A bit of sticker shock at first, but when you realize one bottle has 2x the amount of protein as the standard RTD, it's a good deal.

Is there anything to the old saying that a person's body can only take so much protein in one meal, and the rest is flushed? It used to be 20 grams, then 30 grams.

They're really good. I don't buy them because they're too expensive for me even at the discount, but great product all-around.

I haven't tried other flavors yet, but strawberry was very good. These shakes are a lot thicker and creamier than most RTD shakes I've tried. They're also bigger at 14 oz. vs. most other brands that around around 11-12 oz.

I personally didn't care for the vanilla, but the chocolate ones are the best bottled protein shake's I've ever had.

I went to check out, and for the one time purchase there was the $10 coupon. Selected that. Then went to s&s side, saw a 30% off coupon. Selected that. Went to checkout and the total was $16….a total discount of -$24.00.
