This one is tasty. Note: "ultimate" doesn't have beta alanine, and contains more caffeine than the "performance" drink.

Still waiting for this coupon to become active again on my account, but honestly the 24 pack for $34 one-time purchase is still a solid deal so just ordered that

yep, for some reason the c4 ultimate doesn't have it. i think it's bc it's not marketed as a pre workout just a "regular" energy drink.

Artificial sugar has less impact on your glycemic index and has less calories as a result. It might taste worse, but it's better for you. In terms of "but carginogens waaah," water can have carcinogens. Radiation from the sun causes cancer. Americans overconsume a food product and then cite that product as being bad for them, instead of the ridiculous quantity they consumed. Braindead.

1. Hunger and cravings • Sweeteners can make your brain expect calories after tasting sweetness. When those calories don't come, your brain may increase cravings for more food, especially carbs and sugar. • Some studies suggest they disrupt appetite regulation, leading to overeating later.2. Insulin and blood sugar • While most artificial sweeteners don't spike blood sugar directly, some (like sucralose) may affect insulin sensitivity in certain people. This could make weight loss harder over time.3. Gut microbiome • Research shows artificial sweeteners can alter gut bacteria. An imbalanced microbiome has been linked to weight gain, metabolic issues, and sugar cravings.4. "Compensation effect" • People often think "I saved calories with diet soda, so I can eat more elsewhere." This subconscious trade-off cancels out the calorie savings.5. Psychological effects • Constant use of very sweet tastes (even without calories) keeps your palate trained for sweetness, making it harder to adjust to whole, less-sweet foods that actually help with weight control.

wow, nice ai-generated/wiki response with no actual commentary on your personal beliefs..maybe just try to think that drinking anything IN MODERATION is PROBABLY totally okay? real sugar is objectively worse for you than the fake sugar(s), particularly in the equivalent amounts you would get in a soda like this, or the typical amounts people with a sweet tooth would consume.

yes, there are some people who will eat more because of drinking diet soda, blah blah blah. but anyone who routinely drinks energy drinks with this level of caffeine probably has very specific reasons for doing it (weightlifting, weight loss, etc. etc.), or is just one of those aforementioned people who eat more instead and are working against themselves. either way, proselytizing about the dangers of fake sugar in a thread about energy drinks probably isn't the best usage of your..energy Smilie

This is by far the worst flavor of C4, which is why it's always on sale.
