Apparently, such is not for you I don't forget, and the 2-per day I take are, IMO, much better & greater amounts of supplements.

Because men typically get enough iron through normal dietary means. Only men who have an iron deficiency or other medical issue need to take a supplement. Meanwhile, because of women's monthly menstruation, more iron is needed to supplement the lack of iron due to said blood loss.
