Can't speak to the backpack but do have a Fanny pack by them I've used for 3+ years as an every day bag with no noticeable rips or anything, other than it being a bit dirty.
Was in the market for a 28L and this is a great deal. The 35L is also on sale as well if you need more storage space.
Are these the redesign or the original version?
They have the water bottle pocket, this is this year's version.

I'm waiting for a deal on the Osprey Daylite 26+6
I have both and I prefer the Allpa 28l.
I'm 5'10 male and the 26+6 looks too short on me but sticks out too much.
