I've only ordered a very few chocolates in Summer but no dry ice. Instead it was a cheap freezer pack inside insulated cardboard. This last shipment it was almost completely warm and all wet inside so I'm hoping the chocolate mints are ok. Haven't checked it yet.

This particular items clearly says it ships with a cold pack.
