they said they fixed the issues on the knifecenter model from their YouTube but didn't call out what the issues were. terrible reviews on that specific knife from them.

Manix 2 with micarta and cruwear is the best bang for your buck here IMO. Have always loved the model in general, but that's possibly one of the best overall runs they've ever done.

It's one of my favorites, particularly for sandwiches.
I have two, and another two of the longer versions (all 2nds from their November sale)

I have the og manix 2 sprint they did with cpm cruwear that's g10 and it's decent. Honestly just don't like the way a manix 2 feels to carry in terms of it's profile and weight. So great knife, just never carry it pretty much ever.

Have any of you ordered from this retailer before? If so, what was your experience? Before this deal post, I hadn't heard of this online store, and it is not on the list of SD-verified merchants https://dealquestnow.online/e/8138750-sd-verified-merchant-accounts

The only downside to it that I've found is that it is that the points of the very sharp serrations excessively dig into my cutting block compared to sharp plain-edged knives.

they are reliable merchant. that list is extremely limited and is 10 years old and is tied only to customer service accounts, not reliable merchant accounts.

serrated knives are usually designed for cutting things with smooth skin, like tomatoes or hard crust, like bread. there should never be enough force needed to cut into the cutting board

$34 for a steak knife that you can't sharpen is hard to swallow.
