I wanted to get these for my wife who has a lot of issues with her back. Are they very comfortable for every day outdoor use?
I have the men's version and the grips on the bottom are very aggressive. They're great for my use case, which is hiking in the woods and almost never on pavement. Unless she was strictly using these on the trail I don't believe I'd recommend.

These are trail running shoes. They have rigid lugs for stability and traction in rough terrain like mud and gravel. They'll be OK for everyday normal wear, too. But regular Hokas would be better because the prioritize cushioning and flexibility over protection against trail terrain.
