Why on God's green Earth would ANYONE ever buy the latest round of Craftsman garbage?!? I like many people got stuck holding the bag after investing in their V60 line about five years ago. Impossible to get batteries and repair shops want as much to fix the batteries as it would just cost for a new one. I "could" make two good batteries out of the 3 bad ones that I have but Nooooooooooo, the electronics system is so Fkn' convoluted you can't just swap batches of four cells out! Purely engineered to be assholes! Craftsman can burn in hell. NEVER again.

Yeah last Craftsman item I bought was a set of XXL ratcheting wrenches but it wasn't made with a 15mm as part of the set… still haven't been able to use these wrenches & they don't even make a 15mm so it can't be bought separately to add to the set. The king has fallen so far…

I wonder if this specific craftsman product is as bad as its latest reputation

Had a bad experience with Ego myself. No support from Ego, sent me to Lowe's to beg for help.

Saw one of these parked in the clearance area at Lowe's recently. I was interested until seeing so many problems reported in the reviews.

Well said. My V60 battery just stopped working a few weeks ago.

This thing has to be crazy fast. It takes me an hour on a gas powered 42 to do 1 acre.

Buy the Greenworks 60V zero turn 42" mower. $3,600 with coupon code AFTERDARK.

MUCH larger tool ecosystem, better warranty support and frankly better performance.

yep the v60 tools are very good but they pretty much cancelled the line overnight. I was so mad that I sold them off and switched to GreenWorks and Evo.
