This isn't really a slick deal in my opinion but I did just buy this for my brothers birthday (before I saw it on Slickdeals) he has been very happy with it. So it's a good quality controller for that price.

I just payed $14.99 for my 8 bittido. Haven't really used it much cause it's wired.I can say after a year my Anbernic hall effect controller is sometimes acting erratic. Weird as that's what hall effect were supposed to stop. Erratic being far worse than drifting, but infrequently. And I can't confirm it's just the stick cause I'm not installing yet another software to test an have windows play games. with me. Which also means I can't Confirm it's not Billy boys software to start. But it is randomly acting erratic after a year. The Anbernic is a near pefect clone of these with programmable back buttons instead of non programmable tops. Came out at the same time. So same factory likely making them.
I bought this last time it was posted, and I've encountered a few concerns. The lighting is quite intense, and unfortunately, the 8bitdo software doesn't offer the ability to dim or disable it. Additionally, I seem to be somewhat forceful with the control sticks, as they tend to detach when I make rapid movements. This then leads to a rather frantic attempt to reattach them. I'm unsure of the reasoning behind making them so easily removable, so I've chosen to avoid using it and have stored it away.
