I've used both a lot, and I prefer Adams. I dilute it similar to the Megs 1:4 and I think it cleans better. Adams full strength is overkill, unless you never wash your wheels / tires. However, at $20 you can't go wrong with Megs. Nanoskin non acid may edge out Megs if it's still around $20.

Not better than Adam's, but for this price, it's a no brainer. Meg's wheel and tire cleaner does a good job at cleaning. You'll have to probably go over your tires twice to get them as clean as Adam's but worth it at this price.
