we got this last time it was on sale and have been very happy with it. no frills coffee maker. we dont use programmable or anything, just fill and fun. looks great for $20

I've had it for about 2 years and it makes great drip coffee. Fresh grind about 5g per cup and you can't go wrong. Dump the grinds out immediately to let the unit dry out and avoid molding. I rarely have to descale and I have hard water.

Every house should have one. I have 5 different brewing methods including a $1500 espresso setup and I still use this to make AMerican Drip, iced coffee and a thermos for hiking.

Purchased this recently. I can't seem to pour water into it without spilling some on the counter. Other than that it's solid, no frills.

I have had this for about 8 months and I am surprisingly pleased. I use the buttons "brew now" and "strong" and works well. I usually only fill with water for the 4 cup mark with makes about 2 mugs. There are directions for conditioning before first use. I do not have any plastic odor. I think it is a very good value at 20 bucks. BTW I consider myself a coffee head and use a burr grinder with whole beans.
