In this dosage? Possibly nothing, though apparently some people have some results with low doses. But in theory, it's largely to reduce stress. In men, this stress reduction has been shown to increase testosterone levels, but this still needs more research, and it could be negligible regardless of dose.
Anecdotally: I take high doses of ashwagandha, and I've always felt the effects when using it. I recommend cycling on and off, to not develop a tolerance (it becomes less effective over time).

With that said, anyone with thyroid issues, particularly Hasimoto's, should probably steer clear.

As others have said, Sam's club and Costco have a much higher dosed ashwagandha for a lot cheaper, so I'd go for that, if you can help it.
