How often do the ironmasters adjustable dumbbells go on sale? My bowflex selecttechs are starting to fail.

They have Head Extension: https://www.ironmaster.com/produc...-benchpro/,
also see the reviews - tall people share experience w/the bench and extension

Also the extra handle for Pro is highly recommended, it makes handling the bench much easier: https://www.ironmaster.com/produc...-benchpro/

One more: if you have access to 3D printer, get this kickstand printed: https://makerworld.com/en/models/...eId-881460 - it allowes to keep the bench upright without rubbing the edge of the bench (see pictures)

That plastic kickstand resolves the issue YT talks about here: https://youtu.be/6RvlnCr4E_I?si=x...v6em&t=128

Are you jacked yet?
I was up until they kicked us out of the gyms in 2020. I didn't have any home equipment so I switched to a bodyweight workout. It keeps some core strength, but it can't replace weights. The new setup should get me most of the way until I outgrow the dumbbells and need to add a power cage.

Thank me later folks lol. No need to spend $400 for a bench. Aren't you so huge and strong?https://a.co/d/eNj56gg
Nice. I wish the leg attachment was weight bearing for curls and extensions. I also prefer no gap when flat, but that's a minor thing. I went with the dip and crunch attachments too, but if the one you linked was all a person needed it would certainly make more sense 👍
