I any case - no glue large boards are really rare and expensive.

I used to make these and you have to maintain them with regular oiling and waxing (I use a mix of mineral oil and bees wax with some lemon oil). You also can not put them in a dishwasher ever.... not even once. You must also dry them completely after washing. There is quite a bit of care that goes into using a good cutting board. and these thin ones require even more diligence with that care routine.
