I just bought it.
It costs about $430 brand new so I will post an update once it comes in about 3 weeks

Costco has it brand new for $300 right now. May be YMMV. But I bought one and first run it makes weird noise when vacuum brush rotates. Very loud as well. It doesn't seem clean decent but the noise is weird. Will return it

It isn't bad, I picked one up a few weeks ago when it was on sale also. It had a couple broken pieces for the mop part, shark replaced those with no issues. I replaced a cheap $100 Chinese vacuum that worked fine but this was nice with the docking station and mop for my basement. It only has 2500 pascal vacuum which is fine for me but some of the newer ones go up to 10k pascal vacuum power.

Awesome deal, thank you!
I bought the original Matrix 2-in-1 (non self emptying) from Woot for $60 and it has been a game changer for my single story condo; the only downside was that I'd forget to empty it every now and then.
With Shark being one of the very few that have self emptying dust bins that don't need filter bags, this is the perfect incremental step up.
I never use the mopping feature, only the vacuuming.

I have some Huskies that like to shed from time to time (one of them woolly/long haired). Any experience someone has how this handles dog hair?

For $100 a robot with a self empty and Lidar even if its only 2500 pascals, still fills the need for the basic refresh and pet hair picks up. Its also one of the few that use gusts of air to move things out of crevices and corners so it can be picked up by the vac. Overall pretty innovative but yes its dated in some aspects, but for $100 if you want something for the daily cleans so you can do the major clean on the weekend this should do fine.

The brush roller does need to be cleaned out manually when it collects enough hair. So far, I'm doing that a couple times a week with two Golden Retriever mixes. It's not difficult to clean out by cutting with scissors and pulling, but it's not as easy as the removable roller in my Neato. But the self-empty base is a game changer since I don't have to empty the vac multiple times during one cleaning any more.

I bought this a few weeks ago (same or similar price) and have had it set up for about a week. Other than the packaging, there was no indication that it wasn't new.

The initial setup takes a while. First it has to charge above at least 50% to do an initial mapping run. The mapping takes a while, then you can draw on the map to label rooms, and then define which areas are carpeted (so it doesn't mop those).

But once it's set up, it's very easy to control. There does seem to be some communication lag, so it's possible to ask it to clean just one room, but it ends up doing two because I didn't wait long enough to make sure the previous command got cleared. I've only used the mopping function once, but it seemed to do fine. That will probably be more useful for spot cleaning after a spill.

Overall, for $100, I have no complaints.

**Edit** not the same model. Looks like the same/similar vac/mop, but no self-empty base.

Yes, meh is very reputable. But you're correct - it is not the same model. I missed that. I'll change my comment.
