Seems like a solid deal? I need a new general use PC with some light 3D modeling.

Any concerns with this brand or specs?

Can't attest to the brand, but i purchased a minisforum venus 7940HS, with nearly the exact same specs, other than this being the 7840HS which is a slightly lower binned processor (~5% speed difference). It gets daily 6 hour use and is going strong 21 months later.

Edit: Pull the windows key using a simple script (lots of examples on how to find the key if you google it) and give it a clean install. These off brands tend to have bloat/spyware preinstalled.

I bought a bossgame n95 about a year ago and have had no issues. The bios even lets you put it into performance mode. For what that is worth.

While the most prominent names in the mini-PC business, currently, are Minisforum and GMKTec, other growing brands include BOSGAME, AceMagic, KAMRUI, and Beelink. BOSGAME has been posted here a couple of times over the years, and users/buyers have provided positive reviews overall about its products. These specs from other brands have been posted before, but for more and received very good traction: https://dealquestnow.online/f/18443302-prime-432-99-gmktec-mini-pc-k6-ryzen-7-7840hs-32gb-ddr5-1tb-ssd-win-11-pro-at-amazon?src=SDSearchv3&attrsrc=Thread%3AExpired%3ATrue%7CSearch%3AType%3Anormal%7CSearch%3ASort%3Arecent%7CSearch%3AHideExpired%3Afalse

So if you consider that, then these specs for the given price make this a great deal.
Although they have not been involved in any negative news, it's a good practice to do a clean wipe when you purchase any mini-PC.

You don't need a key reinstalling Windows 11. Activation is tied to the motherboard.

Ah yes, a certain script involving "a lot of sand " 😉

65W in a NUC package? They should slap a handle on it and add hair dryer to the list of features.
