On the S&S checkout page you can increment the number to 4. A message appears about the $15 Amazon card.

Just grabbing from Walmart: Great Value Everyday Soft Facial Tissues (4 pack) comes out to be 128 tissues per dollar. So I think the Walmart "non-deal" is better (link below). Not to mention these Puffs Tissues are harder to use because of the weird wide opening they have. Very inconvenient to use. You pull one and five comes out. Walmart's facial tissues might not be as soft but they are easier to use and larger quantity and honestly, are soft enough for daily facial use.

Not sure why but I get the error " the promo code you applied cannot be used toward this purchase"

On the product page is a link to save 15 when you buy 50.
If you click that link and shop from there in desktop mode, It will give you a running tally at the top.
Sometimes I had to refresh my browser for that tally to update.
It will also give you a summary on the right hand side with the items selected and a check out button.
On the checkout page it also had a rectangular box alert that said the $15 was applied.
Again, only if you use desktop mode.
I also had the option to save 5% now and enroll in subscribe and save later for each item.
For me, this wasn't a true subscribe and save experience, but more like a "Give it to me now for more $ and subscribe to it later for less $."
With the benefit of getting $15 back later.
I saved money, but boy was it a PITA.
Stopped buying Kleenex and other brands more than a decade ago when I discovered Puffs. Kleenex is overpriced and thin and spews paper dust into the air when exiting the box, which does not go well for people with allergies. Pull a sheet of it quickly in front of a window with sunlight streaming in to see what I mean.
Only thing worse in terms of softness is every generic 'house brand'.
