I don't think you realize this is how they are made. That's the shape they are out of the box and spring flat when installed. I have used Bosch blades for years, they are second to none.

Worst blades I've ever purchased. Bought 4 pairs a year ago. Maybe it functions ok for other cars but it rattles or chatters too much for my Q7. There's youtube vids to try to eliminate it but I purchased the Michelin ones from Costco instead and they're perfect. Great price though if it works perfectly for your car and no wiper arm adjustments needed.

I've had these multiple times, and tbh none of the frameless blades seems to do a good job beyond about 22" max. They just lack rigidity and start chattering and shuddering quickly. As unglamorous as they are, traditional framed blades just work a lot better in larger sizes.
