This game is very buggy, I don't think is playable on PC, as far as I know since RTX series came out, the game start flickering like crazy, and the bug was never fix, I played like an hour and my eyes were bleeding, you're gonna get blind or some kind of epilepsy playing this game, as always Bugysoft doesn't care and never fix the problem, if you wanna play it you're gonna have to do it on console, also the game doesn't recognize wireless controllers, make sure you have a cable or play it with keyboard.

Apparently there were some workarounds 5 years ago.
TAA had to be enabled and vsync turned off in game (if you need vsync, use the driver level setting).
Maybe you can provide more details, like your OS, graphics card, driver version, and resolution.
Online is dead, so you can also try DXVK with EAC disabled.
I tried everything I found online and nothing worked. My specs are Intel Core i7 14700KF, Nvidia RTX 4070 Super, os: win 11, resolution: 4K, my drivers were the lastest from 2 months ago.

Does it still happen when you turn the shadows down to low with TAA turned on at a resolution other than 4K?
What I read is that the shaders don't compile correctly on max quality with Nvidia drivers, which is what the Nvidia Inspector setting is supposed to fix.
AMD drivers already had it patched in, which is why they don't have that problem.
I'll try installing the game and see if I can debug with my 4070S.

Siege is still very popular and runs on everything.
Not all of their games run on the same engine.
