Only the fans
You know what, even better this way. You made my day even better.
These fans barely have any speed and will not cut a fly or your fingers. The goal is just to scare off flies, the motion is enough to keep em mostly away. But just like most these gimmicks, eventually the bugs learn that it's harmless and they'll be all over the food.

I have a few of these. The motor turns just enough to spin the blades and the blades are this floppy material like a plastic ribbon and not sharp. If you put your hand in its path it doesn't hurt at all and just momentarily stops it. These things work great in my opinion especially since I live by the woods and the bugs are a pain.
