Checkout their Ebay page [ebay.com], currently $199, but Certified Refurbished gets a 2-Year Warranty via Allstate.

I had the earbud versions and the battery wouldn't hold a charge, and had a positive experience on a warranty claim.

Does Allstate warranty cover the hinge defect? Gonna have to take a chance. Been waiting 3 years to cop these

No, it won't. But I got the deal of months ago and they are basically brand new. Just be gentle with them. I've had no issues.

Same I have these for over two years and have had no issues with the hinges. Have the XM4 since they were on sale and highly recommend Secondipity, all of my pairs of headphones have been like brand new.

I try not to be rough with the XM5's given their history but no issues thus far (knock on wood).
