SPG shareholder here. During covid while everyone was declaring the end of malls I watched Simon's stock drop into the 40s. I'm familiar with several Simon outlet malls and believed they would come back when people were tired of being stuck at home.

Now the share price is significantly higher but the real story is the juicy dividends. 20%/yr on my cost. Now that's a slick deal.

We're seeing Simon grow into a player in the internet marketplace. They must be giving deals to Adidas to grow their store brand. Ahh exciting times indeed. Here is an alternative to ebay, Amazon, and manuf direct websites.

Simon has been struggling for years—this is a bad take. I wouldn't invest in this company. They simply repost sale items from other companies and act as middlemen for these deals. Multiple times I've tried to order from them, only to hear back a week later that they didn't have the stock. The reason? They're middlemen who have no reliable way to confirm inventory with their suppliers. It's a garbage site—I would stay away. Just stick to the official Adidas shop on eBay.

They are fully priced now.... but good hold/dividends. I wish I had bought more.

I bought these when they were last posted and essentially got them for free. Extra slick deal if this happens to you, too. Story:

I ordered these on July 25 and then the next day, my order "was canceled at your request and your payment has been voided."

Weirdly, I got the order in the mail a few days later. Yesterday, I got this email from them:

Subject: We appreciate you.

We value you as our customer and appreciate your business — thank you for shopping with us!

As you are aware, there was a technical issue that triggered your order to be cancelled on July 25 and your payment to us has been voided. However, the items in your order(s) have been fulfilled by our sellers. We have provided you with a link to view your order tracking information. This link also serves as a way for us to collect payment on the items from your orders that have now been fulfilled.

Because this was our mistake and requires some extra time from you, we would like to offer you 15% off your next order, on us. This code will be ready to use after you've completed payment for this order.

We truly appreciate your business with ShopSimon™ and can't wait to fill your cart again!

Purchased, but I'll say the checkout site is annoying.
They upsell $1 protection(selected by default) where you have to navigate around the site to find it to uncheck. The layout of the check out is intentionally confusing.
