Note: I do not own this ladder. I'm not sure their illustration of why the metal is "premium" makes too strong of a case… 😬🥴. That being said, I would be interested to hear thoughts and opinions from anyone that has it or ends up purchasing it. Thx.

I don't have any experience with this step ladder. However, the Home Depot step ladder goes on sale for $20 every now and then including every holiday season and I recommend it:

800lb load capacity?! That seems absurd when compared to other ladders like the one from home Depot posted above (225lb).

Without an IAA rating (which maxes out at 375lbs) I'd be cautious to trust the marketing of this thing

800 lb rating my ass. It's one thing for Chinese fly-by-night companies to claim inflated lumens ratings for flashlights and car headlight bulbs. But inflated ladder ratings are dangerous.
Looks like this was posted by SD staff. Come on SD. You can do better than that.
