This seems like a deal you cannot pass up if needing a unit of this size, around $500-1000 less compared to other brand names. I wonder if this one is good.

I wonder how many ft of hose, Garvee usually gives 13ft which is not enough. 454 refrigerant, which is crazy expensive right now, if you end up with a leak.

does anyone have any feedback on this brand vs say a Daikin/Mitsubishi? I understand that the pricing is significantly less, but if you are paying for the install, the equipment itself is not as significant to the overall cost. I've seen some people say they can buy two of these for the price of a more reputable brand, but if you have to pay for disposal and then install again, it becomes a bit of a different comparison.

The support for this company is non existent. they offer 3 ways to get a hold of them but no one answers the phone, calls you back if you leave a voicemail, the online chat is always offline and emails don't get returned. Good luck trying to get support if you have an issue under warranty.

There are videos on how to install mini splits on YouTube. You can do 120v versions that plug in, I did 240.and hardwired it in. Fairly simple to do. Mount everything. Connect the line sets. Pump them to negative pressure with vacuum pump ($80 on eBay). Wire it in or plug it in. Release refrigerant and boom, done.
