Bought this as it was advertised as usable for walls but HVLP sprayers spray too fine of a mist for it to be used instead of a roller. Good for using low viscosity paints/sealers/stains - about it. I diluted the paint with water per the instructions and again, too fine a mist with poor coverage. Best used on painting furniture or cabinets/moldings, etc.

Exactly. If you want to be painting walls or exterior you will need a Graco sprayer. Much higher price point but they are great.
