Hmmm...thought this deal might get more attention. Is the lack of enthusiasm due to it being a Gen 3? Or something else?

If you put $80 apple credit in the title I think it would be more popular. I just saw this today and I browse slickdeals a lot, so I'm surprised I just saw it today.

This is a good deal considering gen 3 and 4 differences are minimal. I'm in for one, this is such a good deal

Just bought this and sonos arc from costco canada along with gift card for both for canadian $499.97 each. Total candian $1000 plus tax and $180 apple gift card.

Huge difference. Gen 4 does not work with older gear. Gen 3 works with everything.

Yes, get the sub mini next time it goes on sale for $340ish, you'll save over $200 and you won't annoy the heck out of your neighbors

In for one, gift card offsets the sales tax. Already have the arc and in need for the extra oomph, if the price was right. Gen 3 feels the same as Gen 4.
