These can be warrantied and from what I have seen the quality is higher.

If your use case is light duty/infrequent, maybe just go with the Skeletool. The Wave is the best selling multi-tool of all time, though.

I can't understand how this company is devoid of self-awareness so much as to confuse basking in the respect of old followers for new hype.
At this point LM are totally demented and collectively lost all their marbles to see anyone is going to dump a hatful of money for another obscure piece of ill designed multitool passed along for the next best thing after sliced bread.

I have the Wave+ bought it a few years ago for $20 at the Texas State Surplus Store, where all TSA take aways end up. It still looks brand new.

You can buy huge lots of confiscated MT's and knives stolen by TSA. That's where a lot of the ebay sellers get their inventory. And it also explains why there are so many Micras for sale there.
