I see these all the time on here, if you go to temu you can search this exact one and it's cheaper. they also have a ton of different options.

Where does the lat pulldown bar go on this? In the front near the pull up bars, or on the inside near the central pillar?

I've got something similar but paid more for it. I've used it for a few years now.
1. This is a bargain. The shipping alone is worth $100. If you don't routinely use more than 400lbs, you don't need better. If you're putting 500lbs+on the bar, you've earned the right to a heavier, stronger rack.
2. It will take you an hour + to assemble.
3. Everything works well. You will have to pay 4x+ for something that is noticeably better. If you use the pullies a lot, you will probably eventually want something smoother, but again, you're going to have to pay 4x+ for that, and the guy that paid 4x+ will have no training advantage over you.

I recommend this to anyone on a budget or if you're somewhat new to fitness and you don't know what matters the most to you. Get this, use it a few years, demonstrate you have the discipline to train regularly and learn what you really want. Then you've earned the right to splurge on your dream rack.

I've been lifting 30 years, and I'm using something very similar to this.

$20 for temu rather than Walmart. For that difference I'd definitely not touch temu. Walmart work take the thing back with enough complaints of something is wrong. With temu good luck.
