How are you getting $164? Im showing $249 for the ratchet and $129 for the free 2 pack of batteries.

$249 - $129 = $120 after returning the batteries.

Am I missing something?

mine is spitting to 164 for the ratchet and 85 for the batteries in the cart using the combo.

While the Batteries are listed at $129, during a deal it knocks a percent off both items. (here its 34%)
