The Bluetti EB3A specs states:
- OCV: 12-28V
- Input Current: 8.5A MAx
- Input Power 200W Max
If I understand the info from this panel posted in the OP, it should be ok, correct? The Bluetti EB3A specs states:

If I understand the info from this panel posted in the OP, it should be ok, correct? It's ok - but will suck. It's why people say the panel is not output the correct amount - the panel is fine. Since the panel voltage is 20.2volts and the Bluetti can only take 8.5amps - the max power is 171.7 watts in perfect conditions and usually meaning the perfect angle. You will get about 130watts in real conditions.
You need to look at a higher voltage panel to get max power - not to exceed the 28volt bluetti limit - also you have to factor in voltage rise of the panel in the winter . You never want to exceed voltage - it burns things up - the both devices will self limit amps.
You have to check voltage & amps & watts in both devices - to find ones that play together nice for max power
Panels are really sensitive to angle - at 10am a 200watt panel flat mounted will only do about 90watts - tilt it to a correct angle it will do 175watts.
