The Sandusky location is very small. The Boston area one is actually a refurbished water park (Forget the original name) and has been open for probably around 10 years now. The Foxwoods one just opened in May.
RIGHT when they open they have good deals - we just happened to go to the Boston one right after reopening and it was cheap, but chaos. We also went to Foxwoods one literally opening week - it was brand new, things flowed smoothly (e.g. no opening issues) and it was decently cheap. The problem is post-open the price is obscene, like at least double. For the price I can drive to Kalahari in PA and get a MUCH larger water park.
This deal wasn't available on any of my Chase cards, but I found it on a Bank of America card.

Now I see it varies by date too. Of course any dates when the kids are out of school are at least $193 instead of $84.
