Please do more thorough research before you post.
Yes, it has been $7.66 on Amazon for a long time, but the shipping on that option is a mandatory $7.08, so it's really:
$7.66 + $7.08 shipping = $14.74 total
and again, there is no way around that $7.08 shipping...

For me it reduced it when checkout subtracted 8 bucks from shipping. I used the guest checkout since I didn't have an account with them.
