It says jammer arms and monolift attachment, but the picture is for a Belt Squat Attachment. Those are vastly different products

Agreed, but for belt squat attachment at $10 I'm going to give it a shot. Can weld/mod if it doesn't work out on my rack.

Not a great product, too short, but the price is right if you want to try out belt squats before investing in a better setup.

Belt squats have become one of my favorite leg day workouts saving stress on my spine and a good belt squats setup can be used for many other excercises

These type of devices are outstanding. Use mine almost every time I use my home gym. Suggestion, I used a heavy gate/door hinge, a 4x4 and a magnet to make a "kickstand" under it so I could load, release then put on the stand at the end of the lift. Works great and most parts I had laying around and 30 mins.

I just use a dip belt and two plyo boxes for belt squats.

similar setup here. $20 sprinkler valve boxes, dip belt, and a bunch of 25s or kettlebells. I've tried doing belt squats on a landmine but much preferred dangling the weight below since it allows you to stay more upright and doesn't pull you forward like a landmine belt squat.

you just need a decent belt with nylon straps not chains riding on your hip bones like a dip belt! here is a cheap one of course you can drop a hundo on a Spud belt if ya want too https://www.amazon.com/Belt-Squat...9hdGY&th=1
