One Amazon review mentions that the pro version is not as good as the non-pro model. What are the differences that you could find?

The CM28 and CM28 Pro are both compact wireless lavalier microphone systems designed for creators who need portability, clear audio, and easy device compatibility. Both models offer up to 200 meters of transmission range, 4 GB of internal recording per transmitter, and strong battery life (around 9 hours on transmitters). They come with a charging case and feature one-click noise cancellation, magnetic mounting, and built-in windshields, making them ideal for interviews, YouTube, or mobile filmmaking.
The main difference lies in how the receivers connect to your device. The CM28 uses clip-on dongles for USB-C or Lightning, which some users find more prone to movement or damage. The CM28 Pro switches to short aux-to-USB-C/Lightning cables, offering a more secure connection. Additionally, the Pro version appears to feature improved noise cancellation, making it better suited for outdoor or noisy environments. If you prefer convenience and budget pricing, the CM28 is a solid option. For more secure connectivity and better noise handling, the CM28 Pro is worth the upgrade.

Either case, my plan is to actually start recording my mother's and mother-in-law's cooking. They both are amazing cooks and I want to preserve their cooking style. From there, have them narrate with voice over unless the audio from these is exceptionally better.
