Technically partly non-stick coating, so won't last forever. Can be damaged with metal utensils. Also not fully non-stick too, so it does need to be seasoned. ALSO has been cheaper in the past. But if all you have is budget teflon cookware from Target, this would be an upgrade.

Id suggest getting all stainless steel pots and pans, maybe a cast enamel or two. And only have 1 or 2 cheaper non stick pans as nonstick pans are consumables. I only have 1 nonstick pan for cooking eggs or delicate items.
Speaking of throw away consumables. I just bought a small nonstick pan from Ikea for $8 that works with my induction stove. And I have to say so far its been nice. A bit thin but when using induction you dont need a lot of intense heat. Its actually been really great so far and at $8 I can replace it once a year or maybe twice a year.

Yeah almost ordered then read they are teflon coated. I want something safer to upgrade to.
