yes the definately do. I guess my scalp got used to head and shoulders or it just stopped working for me. I switched to coal tar shampoo maybe it was Neutrogena and it really stopped my flaking and itching. Currently I am using equate one and it also does the job.

It's aight. Overall I feel like CeraVe is way overpriced. At this price I wouldn't hesitate. A little better than head n shoulders. Really though, when things are really flared up, sulphur is best. Better than coal tar, imo, and doesn't smell quite as bad. I started buying dog shampoo with sulphur and tar. There are a couple brands which use bio tar and don't smell good but not terrible. But they've been out of stock since the tariffs.
